Policies and Returns

Business Policy: If you're not satisfied, I'm not satisfied –please let me know and I will make it right. In the event of an oversight on the part of myself, my printers, my framers, or of my shipping assistants, I need to know about it. Your input is valued --and it provides me with the necessary guidance for prompt corrective action. Please “speak up.”

Photographic Policy: What I see is what you get --all of my images are authentic.

Image Quality: The resolution (quality) of all website images has been significantly reduced for copyright protection purposes. Actual retail prints are at maximum resolution --and are very sharp.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped by the most cost-effective means (determined by weight, size, and destination). USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express Ground services will be used in most instances. For internet orders consisting of multiple items, shipping charges will be manually re-calculated and any savings will be credited back to the customer. In some instances, the total shipping cost for such multiple-item orders may be noticeably less than the sum of the individual shipping costs indicated next to each item. Again, I will make every effort to minimize your shipping expenses. If you have any shipping questions or concerns, please contact me through my Contact page.

For International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact me for shipping costs prior to placing your order.

There is no “handling” fee added to the shipping cost of your order – you pay what I pay.

Please allow up to three weeks for the delivery of all custom framed pieces. As a general rule, all orders for greeting cards and unframed prints are processed within one week of their receipt (2-3 days in most cases). Even so, it is wise to allow up to three weeks for delivery of these items as well. Weather events and travel conditions in interior Alaska can disrupt the normal flow of doing business with very short notice. In the event of an unusual delay, you will be notified. Regardless, timeliness always remains a top priority.
